Leopard Print Peyote Pattern

Pinterest pin showing a finished leopard print bracelet and the bracelet alongside a beading pattern

If you have been looking for the leopard print peyote pattern of your dreams then look no further! I actually uploaded this to my Etsy shop a little while ago but never got around to sharing it on here.

When I first started designing the bracelet I felt it would be more fun for beaders if they were able to make a range of items from one pattern. Leopard print lends itself particularly well to be a repeating pattern so that is what I set out to make. This pdf pattern provides you with the bead pattern to make a bracelet at 6.5″ long. The magic happens if you wish to bead a longer length though as you can simple go back to the start and continue beading. Obviously, with peyote, both rows one and two are picked up at the same time so I have broken these down into individual rows for when you extend your beadwork. I have ideas of beaded chokers, belts and bookmarks. If you used a really strong thread, I do wonder if it would be possible to make a strap for a handbag.

Colour Choices

I have made this pattern using a traditional colour scheme of brown and tan colours but it could easily be customised by using different colours.

I have often made leopard print jewellery from polymer clay and the blue and red leopard print are both equally as popular as the brown one. Try making your bracelet from neon colours for a really bold pop of colour or play around with pastel shades. As long as you chose three colours of beads with a high enough contrast the pattern should work well.

About The Pattern

This leopard print pdf is for a digital pattern only so prior knowledge of peyote stitch, how to start and finish beading and how to add more thread during beading is required.

The comprehensive PDF guide will provide you with the :
