Butterfly Birthday Wishes

A simple Birthday card.

Crafty stash used:

• Butterfly stamps by Kanban
• ‘Happy Birthday’ sentiment by Sizzix/Stephanie Bernard – ‘Phrases’ stamps and die set
• Sizzix ‘Wrapper,Circle’ dies
• First Edition Paper in Desert Blooms by Mindy Terasawa

I chose the papers (more like thin card) and stamped and cut out as shown. The butterfly wings were shaped a little to give dimension. The card was finished with self adhesive jewels. The photo doesn’t do the card justice – the colours are far more vibrant than shown.

Adds a little brightness in such dull dreary weather!
