Hello and welcome to my blog.
My name is Hannah and I am a jewellery designer and maker living in Nottingham, England with my husband, two children and one very cheeky rescue cat.
I have tried many different crafts and styles of jewellery making but I have a particular love for working with polymer clay and bead weaving. I am now fortunate enough to write tutorials for Bead and Jewellery Magazine, I have written online tutorials for Beads Direct and my work has been featured in Mollie Makes magazine. Alongside my tutorial work I run an Etsy and Redbubble shop and sell my jewellery locally at fairs and in shops.
I am also an Illustrator with a tendency to lean towards whimsical and magical artwork.
I my spend most days dreaming of new projects fuelled by many cups of tea, chocolate and audio books.
Thank you for visiting my blog and I hope to see you again soon.

Noooo! Go on, you can do it. Just don’t pick anything as tricky as a sleeping child for your second drawing! This first one is cool. I need company on this journey… Maybe just skip today and do tomorrow?
Ha ha, I’ll keep going. I’m actually sat with my sketch pad on my knee so we’ll see what I come up with. So glad I have your company with this 🙂
You could draw :someone fishing, a boat on a lake, a cat sleeping… Or a lady sitting in an armchair sketching 😊
I’ve currently drawn a lady standing surrounded by clouds. She needs a hand and I can figure out how to make it look like a hand and not a deformed claw 😂
Oh… I know that problem! Although the hag I drew did need a deformed close, which was helpful!! I look forward to seeing your picture, it sounds cool
There is still time to mess it up. Still no hand…….
Can you just cover over her hand with a cloud gloating past 😂
The hand is done!
And drawing clothes is hard…..
Maybe drawing in general is hard!
Well there is that! 😆
I love how this one looks!
Thank you. I love drawing creepy stuff 😄
How the HECK did I manage to miss this one?!!!! Little Poison Bottles …. they’re my thing!
LOVE LOVE LOVE this drawing Hannah. I want to buy it off you!
Love ~ Cobs.xxx
P.S. …. I can’t draw hands either. SOLUTION? ….. I put them in pockets. 🙂 ~ C. xxx
Ha ha, spooky things are totally my thing. I’m still working on yesterday’s prompt of spell. Can you guess which direction I took that in?! 😆 Absolutely nothing to do with the list of spellings my kids bring home. Hxx
LOLOLOL! giggling here. Love it. C. xxx
Hi!
I have been perusing your work and I am impressed by your creativity and skill with illustration. I have put out a search for illustrators for a children’s picture book project, and I wanted to formally invite you to apply. If you are interested, you can find the info at https://smilesinthesky.wordpress.com/2018/10/01/childrens-book-illustrator-needed/
Good luck with Inktober!
