I seem to have got a little behind with my Inktober postings so it’s a 2 for 1 type post today.
Day 7 was ‘Enchanted’. I don’t know about you but I find books enchanting.

I put off drawing this one as I knew I needed a character in there to make the drawing work. I love drawing people but I’m never really sure if they are any good!
Day 8 was ‘Frail’. I am not entirely sure why leaf skeletons came to mind for this one (although I have been making polymer clay leaves so maybe that explains it).

This one took some time but was oddly therapeutic to draw (the repetition I guess). I’m not sure my rushed photography is doing either of these drawings any favours.
I’m yet to draw todays prompt as I have been out all morning at an event at my children’s school. Home for lunch and now it’s almost time to pick them up again. Where does the day go?
Anyway, over a week of Inktober is completed. If you are joining in how are you finding it? Still looking forward to your drawing time or putting it off (or given up)?

Books are definitely enchanting! Great take on the prompt!
Thank you. Grateful that my daughter has inherited my love of books too 😀
Good drawing hand there! ☺ I love the enchanting books concept that you thought of, and you’ve definitely brought it to life.
Thank you, I’m glad you liked that one. It is one of my favourites so far 🙂
I’m loving your pictures. Glad to see you’re doing inktober again. I decided to give it a miss this year
It’s nice to ‘see’ you Julia 🙂 Thank you, I am enjoying Inktober but forgot that it’s quite a lot of work. I get the drawing done but photographing it and posting is another matter. I’ve got a little behind with it all.
