So I decided to show 2 new home cards that I made recently. Two of my sister’s moved house on the same day to the same are (near me – it must be my charm ;o) ) One sister loves monkeys hence the monkey card. 
The ‘house’ card is simply made with different coloured papers cut into shapes to make up the house. I have then gone over with a black pen and a white gel pen to add stitching marks and to make the card a little more interesting. I added a few little punched out flowers to finish off with.
The monkey card is done with rubber stamps. I started stamping leaves and then masked over these so that I could carry on stamping without it becoming a big mess. Take the masks off and hey presto there are a bunch of overlapping leaves. Stamp the monkey and colour the whole thing in with my lovely promarkers. Tied raffia around the image and added my sentiment.
I really enjoyed making these cards because they were done within a few days of each other and were on the same topic but were so different. Hope you like them as much as I do 🙂
