Hello, It’s another rainy day here so I thought I’d brighten things up by sharing a recent card I made for my friend’s daughter. She celebrated her first birthday the other week – what more of an excuse do I need to use my new stamp set. Who doesn’t love magical unicorns?!
The stamps are from the Lawn Fawn set Critter Ever After. They have been coloured with Promarkers and the green hill is just a little distress ink brushed on gently. The photo hasn’t shown all the lovely sparkle from the Wink of Stella I added but trust me it’s there!
Would it be of interest if I took photos of the making process to show exactly how it is made?
Hope you all have a crafty weekend.
Hannah
Ohh that is SO magical! I love it. It’s so girly and sweet, and I adore that it’s a shaker card with sequins. Everything about it says ‘magical birthday’. Great Make! ~ Cobs. x
Thank you Cobs. My ‘baby’ girl is growing up so fast and it’s more about pop groups these days than fairy princesses so it was so much fun to be able to make a sparkly girly card again 🙂 Hannah x
Gorgeous card. In answer to your question, I think I can work out how you did it, but yes, absolutely pics and step by step would be good for that lovely interesting front panel!
Thank you. Great, I don’t want to bore people by going into too much detail but on cards that have taken a little more work so are therefore more detailed I will try to include more details. Thank you for your reply. Always lovely to get feedback 😃
This is so cute! Love the colours!
Thank you 😀 It was so much fun to make.
